Cabinet Design

  • Construction comprises of Triple walled construction.
  • Inner cabinet is made of Stainless Steel 304, 18 SWG ( 1.2mm), tig welded to the middle chamber of Galvanized Steel.
  • The outer cabinet is made of Powder Coated CRCA sheet, with Latch, Lock & Key.
  • There is 75 mm thick PUF insulation between the middle and outer chamber.
  • The sub-doors are made of Polyrexine of 40 mm thickness.
  • Anti-condensation using hot line at the mouth of the cabinet.
  • Hermetically sealed compressors from Tecumseh/Emerson Non-CFC, Non-HCFC, eco-friendly(R-134A).
  • Brine of Ethylene Glycol used as coolant.
